By typing my name below, I, (parent/guardian), hereby grant and authorize St. George Catholic Church Parish the right to take, edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, distribute, and make use of any and all pictures or video taken of my child(ren) named in this Dragon Hearts Registration Fprm, to be used in and/or for promotional materials including, but not limited to, newsletters, flyers, posters, brochures, advertisements, fundraising letters, annual reports, press kits, submissions to journalists, websites, social networking sites, and other print and digital communications, without payment or any other consideration. This authorization extends to all languages, media, formats, and markets now known or hereafter devised. This authorization shall continue indefinitely, unless I otherwise revoke said authorization in writing.
I understand and agree that these materials shall become the property of the St. George Catholic Church Parish and will not be returned.
I hereby hold harmless, and release St. George Catholic Church Parish from all liability, petitions, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representative, executors, administrators, or any other persons may make while acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate.

Monthly Meeting Help:

DADS - Are you available to help us run this program?  We know that many of you will be at work during our monthly meetings on weekday afternoons.  But we'll also be making plans for outings beyond weekday hours - such as for rock climbing and other physical challenges.  If you can join us as an Adult Mentor for any of the above, you'll enjoy the extra time with your son and also with like-minded Dads eager to share this masculine Christian adventure.  Please let us know so we can include you in the conversation.
